Today Amisha stopped by my home studio and we took a walk outside to grab a few portraits. Here are two of my favorites.

Dr. Phil stopped by my home studio for some portraits today. And before you guys start giving me a hard time, he tells me everybody calls him Dr. Phil! Here are a few photos from his session. Dr. Phil owns HealthWorks Chiropractic in Pasadena, California.

Today we had a fabulous Sunday brunch at the Princeville Hotel on the North shore of Kauai. And although the food was fantastic and the views from the veranda were spectacular–the high point was when Pierce Brosnan and his family were seated at the table next to us. So do you remember when he starred each week as the super duper cool Remington Steele? I so loved that show! Being from Los Angeles, I tried to act like it was no big deal to “breakfast with James Bond.” And certainly I didn’t want to look like some of the crazy tourists peeking around corners trying to get a good look at him.

I snapped this photo with my iPhone as he walked past our table on his way back from the buffet. I thought I was being so very “James Bond” by using my iPhone and acting like I was reading e-mail (which I was actually doing when he first arrived). Although I had my trusty Nikon D3, I didn’t want to use that monster and be accused of being paparazzi–especially since Brosnan still has a license to kill! And for the ladies who are wondering–yes he really does look as good in real life as he does in film. From what I gleaned from the staff, the Princeville Hotel is one of his favorite hangouts so if you’re ever in the area, you might want to check that out for yourself!
