My unobtrusive, candid style as an event photographer allows me to capture you and your guests at their best; I'll never interrupt the flow of your planned event. In fact, I strive to seamlessly integrate into your activities. So whether you've already developed an event brief or if you'd like my creative input prior to your event, I'm here to assist you in your planning.
In addition to my traditional event coverage, I'm happy to also offer on-site portraiture for individuals, small groups, and even large groups including hundreds of guests. I'll even provide a studio lighting setup and background if you think that's appropriate for your venue.
The photographs that I'll provide will be of the highest quality allowing you limitless opportunities for Web or print publication. As your event photographer of choice, I'll also provide you with assistance and recommendations for making cost effective prints of your photographs. These services will prove to be so cost effective that you may wish to consider gifting photographs to your guests or employees. My hourly rate for most event photography is $200 per hour. Fees related to photographic publication rights, distribution, travel, printed photos, retouching, and color correction may or may not be included in this hourly rate and are negotiated on a per-event basis. If the project requires that I extend my coverage beyond what we've originally discussed, I'm happy to make myself available. Additional coverage is billed in half (1/2) hour increments at $100 per half hour.

If you'd like your guests to leave with real photographs captured and printed on site at your event, I'm happy to offer that service in addition to my standard event coverage. I use high speed professional dye sublimation printers that deliver the highest quality photographic prints. In addition to providing these printers, I'll also provide a notebook computer for onsite image enhancement and photo processing. With these tools I can provide your guests with 4" x 6" or 5" x 7" photographic prints in under a minute.
If desired, I can provide these photographs with a standard border displaying the name, date, and location of your event. Or, if you'd prefer a border that reflects the theme of your event or displays your corporate logo, I'm happy to design a custom photo border just for your own unique event. For a professional presentation, I can also provide the photographs mounted in a classic frame envelope. I have a wide selection of envelopes available so please contact me for more information.
When you're thinking about having me photograph individuals and small groups at your event, remember that it takes time to photograph each guest grouping. With that in mind, it's helpful to remember that a single photographer working with an assistant at your event can photograph and create prints for approximately 100 guests in a two hour period. If your event requires more guest coverage per hour, then I'd be happy to arrange for additional photographers with identical portable studios to support your needs. Just ask me for details on how I'd manage this configuration at your event.
Finally, when you're planning an event that includes on site printing, I'll need an assistant to help me with the management of printed photographs. Remember, I'll be busy photographing your event and your guests, so I'll have little time to accomplish those tasks personally. For events where on site printing is required, I'll require a minimum order of one hundred (100) photographic prints.
