Photographer to Sherman Oaks
I'm a photographer providing wedding photography services to the residents of Sherman Oaks. In fact, I provide a wide range of photography-related services including portrait photography, event photography, and a host of other services. But before I continue with that information, I like to learn about the areas in which I work. Did you know that Sherman Oaks was once the center of the San Fernando Valley's first intense real estate development? In 1910, the Los Angeles Suburban Homes Company purchased 47,500 acres of the region in anticipation of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. In 1911, one of the partners in the company, General Moses Hazeltine Sherman, bought 1,000 acres which were eventually subdivided and sold in 1927 for $780 (that's about $8,850 in adjusted dollars).
