• In partial compensation for the services I'll render, you agree to assign me the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish your photographs for editorial purposes, self promotion, and photographic competitions.
• Any artistic and photographic interpretations I make related to your photography will be deemed acceptable and correct. The images I provide will be edited at my discretion and therefore may not include all of the images captured during your session or project. I reserve the right to edit and release only those photographs that meet my artistic standards.
• You'll be responsible for the safekeeping of all images once they have been delivered via electronic storage media (e.g. DVD-ROM). You should verify your ability to access the photographs on the electronic storage media within twenty-one (21) calendar days of your receipt of that media.
• Unless discussed and agreed upon separately, I won't arrange for the printing or retouching of any photographs taken during your session or project. If those additional services are required, I can be contracted to perform those services at a later date, under separate conditions.
