• I will not deliver or display any photographs until the entire balance for the session or project is paid in full.
• In cases where the session or project is held or conducted on public or private property, I may be limited by the guidelines set forth by location(s), location management, and/or local law enforcement. You'll be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits required for any location. If the lack of proper permits results in fines levied against me by law enforcement or other officials, then you agree to compensate me for the full amount of those fines.
• If you purchase printed photographs or albums, I'll make those available for pickup at my studio. If you require that those items be shipped to another location, additional fees may apply.
• A $40 return fee is applicable for all non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks.
