• In order to reserve my time, a 50% retainer (if paying by check) or the full amount (if paying by credit card) is required. As I will make no other reservations for that date and time, if you're not available on that date and time, all payments and fees are considered liquidated damages and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24-hours before the scheduled session.
• I take the utmost care with respect to the transportation and processing of photographs. However if photographs are lost, stolen, or destroyed, my liability is limited to the return of all payments received or a partial refund in cases of a partial loss. The limit of liability for the partial loss of photographs shall be a prorated amount based on the number of minutes / hours of missing coverage and will be based solely on my published hourly rate.
• Travel fees may apply if the location is more than 10 miles from my studio.
• You may not make photographic prints available for purchase by other individuals, groups, or third parties.
