All Saints Episcopal Church - Pasadena, California

All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena, California is an amazing wedding ceremony venue. As a wedding photographer, I've photographed weddings in many churches. However, few have been as beautiful as All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena. Their stained glass is particularly impressive, so I strongly recommend daylight ceremonies in that venue when possible.

From a photographer's point of view, although it is an aesthetically pleasing wedding venue, there are minor challenges to photographing a wedding in this church. First of all, church rules require that all professional photographers remain at the back of the church (behind the pews) with the only alternate photography location being the balcony. This was not a super big issue since I love to photograph weddings from the back of churches, but the policy does restrict my ability to fully utilize second photographers (who are typically positioned to the left and right side of the alter to capture intimate moments). That being said, it's still easy to capture amazing photographs at this venue.
