Couple at Villa

This wide angle wedding portrait of the couple prominently features the amazing winery.

Here I positioned the couple with quite a bit of separation to draw greater attention to the architecture of the building. Sunset was drawing neigh and we had to get them back down to the reception and so we weren't able to spend as much time working on these photos as I would have liked, but I think that you'll agree that this image is a nice compromise.

The winery is a rental property that overlooks mountains and 55-acres of vineyards. The Tuscan-inspired Villa includes over 8,500 square feet of luxury living space and was built from limestone imported from a small French village.

The wood beams and roof tiles are both reclaimed from a lavender factory that was interestingly once owned by Queen Victoria. The Villa was completed in 2004, and includes five master suites, eight fireplaces, a billiards room, and terraces and patios with views of both the mountains and vineyard.
