Consider these additional services:

As one of the best Houston event photographers, my fees reflect what it costs to hire the best. I use the best equipment to create the best photos while offering the best client experience. I think you’ll agree that paying for the best is worth it.

It’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money, that’s all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot—it can’t be done. — John Ruskin

Terms & Conditions

You agree to these event-specific Terms and Conditions and my global Terms and Conditions by scheduling or using my services.

Appointments are only confirmed once you sign my agreement and receive a confirmation email. I’m unable to hold dates without a signed agreement.

After you sign the agreement, I refuse all other event inquiries for your reserved date. If you then cancel your event, you agree to pay 50% of the project fees as a cancellation penalty.

Photographs are only delivered after all payments are received. Houston sales tax (8.25%) is collected for Texas projects. Wire transfer payments are subject to a $15 processing fee. Prices and services may change without notice.

A $100 per hour travel fee may apply for distant locations or when the project start or end times require travel with heavy traffic. This fee also covers mileage and tolls.

There is a $150 fee for canceling or rescheduling within 3 hours of your appointment or when canceling appointments twice.

Weekend events may require a 3-hour minimum booking. That requirement is enforced at my discretion.

I can accept cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, or Zelle payments for these discounted rates. You may also pay by credit card, but my non-discounted rate then applies. For my non-discounted domestic rate, you’ll add 4% to your project total. For international credit card payments, you’ll add 5.5% to your total.

You understand that weather conditions like heat, cold, humidity, wind, rain, and sleet may negatively affect outdoor event photography.

An additional $100 per hour heat-hazard fee may apply to on-location outdoor projects in June, July, August, or September. That fee is waived for indoor projects.

As partial compensation for these services, you grant me the right to market my studio with your photographs. Non-celebrity subject names are never used alongside photographs.

I’m not responsible for a subject’s physical appearance including hairstyles, facial hair, body hair, makeup, body image, perspiration, tattoos, jewelry, eyeglass glare, or wardrobe issues.

Your project begins at your scheduled start time—even if you arrive late.

Discounts and coupons offered anywhere aren’t legitimate.

I’m not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Any liability is limited to fees you’ve paid.

Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. A $1000 minimum may apply for far-future bookings. Please enquire for further information.

Wedding-related events and mitzvah events must be disclosed before booking my services. If that information isn’t disclosed, I reserve the right to collect additional fees associated with those services before beginning work. Otherwise, I won’t perform event photography services.
