This hotel boasts 50,000 square feet of event space and provides 485 guest rooms. Whether you’re holding an offsite for 30 employees, a holiday party for 200 guests, or a corporate event with 500 attendees, this location can accommodate small and large activities.

If you have a large event with keynotes, general sessions, and breakouts, I know how to efficiently cover the 23 meeting rooms and three ballrooms: Legends, Discovery Center, and Founders. I’ll document your event in detail, creating compelling storytelling images that go beyond standard documentary coverage.

And if your event includes a trade show, I’ll photograph booths and attendees interacting with vendors. This photography will provide proof of worth and encourage sign-ups as you market your exhibit space for future events.

One of my favorite unique areas is the lobby area called Legends Prefunction. It’s a 7000+ sq ft area bathed in natural light from multi-story windows during daylight events. I’ve created amazing event photography in this space, and I’d like to do the same for you. This area is adjacent to the lobby area and directly outside the Legends Ballrooms.

If you’re holding your event in the Discovery Center Ballrooms, the ballroom stage lighting in that room is excellent. It’s rare for Houston hotels to have that kind of lighting setup.

However, the lobby area outside the Discovery Center Ballroom doesn’t have the same amazing light as the Legends Prefunction area. So, if you have a choice and can schedule cocktail hour and breaks in the Prefunction area instead, that would be ideal for better photography. It will also allow your guests to see the sky during your event.
