Matt "Snowman" Riggins (TD-3425) is a member of the 501st Legion, Southern California Garrison. As a police officer in the M.E.P.D. (Mos Eisley Police Department), his motto is always "Duty, Honor, Empire." As an elite Sandtrooper and squad leader in the SandStorm Patrol, he requires only the best from his fellow officers—and delivers nothing less. Currently stationed on Tatooine, his duties include patrolling the Mos Eisley Cantina and Spaceport. He also conducts larger field patrols that encompass the surrounding moisture farms. When asked why his armor is dirty, he shrugs his shoulders and points to the blowing sand and deserts surrounding him. The 501st Legion is an organization of Star Wars costume enthusiasts who contribute to local communities through charity and volunteer work.
