Video Edit Limits

Although most of our first draft videos are accepted as is, we offer up to two rounds of basic edits after the initial draft is delivered.

These basic edits may include one or more minor changes like modifying the music track, swapping or removing footage, adding or changing transitions, improving or enhancing audio or dialog elements, adding text or graphic overlays, adjusting visual effects, and updating branding elements.

Advanced or extensive edits may incur additional fees if they land outside a basic edit’s typical scope of work. Explanations and estimates for out-of-scope edits are provided before any work is completed.

First-round edit requests are due within ten business days of the initial delivery. Second-round edit requests are due within five business days of receiving the first-round edits. Edit requests submitted after those deadlines may incur additional fees.
